The authorities will send an inspector down to review the work undertaken every now and again and certainly at the end of the construction in order to make sure everything complies with the standards set so the builder really needs to make sure that they are doing everything right otherwise it will be time consuming to have to redo things that should have been done right in the first palace.
Other things to check on before you make the final choice of builder are references from previous clients which you are able to check on, how payments are to be made and whether they have public liability insurance.
